Jamie Sage leads hospice care at Envision Hospice, where the mission is simple: to help people live as fully and comfortably as possible for as long as possible. Jamie and the Envision team surround patients and families with a coordinated circle of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers.
Jamie is passionate about dispelling the myths that surround hospice — especially the misconception that calling hospice means giving up. He regularly speaks to community groups about how early hospice support can add quality of life and peace of mind for months, not just days.
Through SAGE, Jamie helps families understand when to ask about hospice, what to expect, and how to have the hard conversations with compassion rather than fear.
